Warranty & Refund Policy

Our establishment adheres to the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce and Consumer Protection in Saudi Arabia. We guarantee your right to genuine maintenance and spare parts.

1. Hardware Warranty (2 Years)

All cameras and recording devices (Hikvision/Dahua) are covered by a 2-year authorized dealer warranty. - Coverage: Manufacturing defects, sudden device failure. - Protocol: The item will be replaced or repaired within a maximum of 14 working days as per Ministry of Commerce regulations.

2. Return Policy (Golden Period)

You may return the product for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that: - The product is in its original condition and has not been installed. - The original invoice is present. - The packaging is intact and unopened. * Refund does not cover "Installation Labor Costs" if the service has already been performed.

3. Hard Drive Replacement Policy

Hard Drives are highly sensitive to shock. Drives will be replaced immediately within the first year if "Bad Sectors" appear, provided there are no signs of dropping or misuse.

4. How to Request Service?

To request maintenance or a refund, please contact customer service and attach a copy of the invoice. A technician visit will be scheduled within 24-48 hours within Dammam and Khobar.
