Security Systems Service Agreement
These terms govern the provision of CCTV installation and maintenance services in Saudi Arabia. Your use of our services constitutes your agreement to be bound by these terms, including Ministry of Interior regulations.
1. Legal Disclaimer (Ministry of Interior Rules)
IMPORTANT LICENSE WARNING: The client bears full responsibility for system usage. - It is strictly PROHIBITED to point cameras at public roads or neighbors' properties. - It is prohibited to publish recordings violating others' privacy online. - As a service provider, we disclaim liability for any misuse violating Anti-Cyber Crime Laws.
2. Client Obligations
To ensure service quality, the client agrees to provide: - A stable and consistent power supply. - High-speed internet connection (for remote viewing features). - Ladders/Scaffolding for heights exceeding 3 meters. - Necessary entry permits (for compounds or industrial facilities).
3. Warranty & Maintenance Scope
- Hardware Warranty (Hikvision/Dahua): Two (2) years from invoice date against manufacturing defects. - Installation Warranty (Cabling): 6 months on connection quality and signal stability. - Exclusions: Warranty does not cover damages caused by power fluctuations, lightning, misuse, or tampering by third parties.
4. Payments & Limitations
- A 50% deposit is required to book an appointment, with the balance due upon handover and commissioning. - Hardware remains the property of the establishment until full payment is received. - Cancellation less than 24 hours before appointment may incur a site visit fee (150 SAR).
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The courts of Dammam shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this agreement.
